Vista Captures provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers. Any project scope is confirmed through the inquiry, product review, reference and shot list, quote, sample setup approval, production, proof review, and file delivery process.

Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the agreed product count, views, styling, and retouched files. Payment methods are limited to the methods accepted at the time of booking, and any commercial terms must be confirmed before production begins.

Project Conditions
The studio may request product intake by scheduled drop-off or confirmed courier delivery, and may decline work that is incomplete, unsuitable, or outside the agreed scope. Any timing estimate depends on the confirmed scope, review steps, and editing requirements.
